Best ever tasted White Beer

~Warning~ Refrain from being a drunkard. The introduction here are only meant for beer flavor preference, and not in anyway encouraging drunkardness. Writer only drank a small shared pint during Western meal. heheh

So far the best ever tasted beer i came across is
HOERGAARDEN , from Belgium
both light and strong have distinct flavor, definitely very unique.
I prefer light when having lightly flavored food , and strong if i am eating strong flavored red meat . Personal preference though

Ingredients
1. Potato
2. Olive oil
3. Herbs
4. Salt
- Steam till partially soft
- Light Stir fried with salt and herbs using olive oil

Juicy Chicken Breast in Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
1. Chicken breast
2. Lemon juice 4.5 table spoon / 1 lemon
3. Lemon skin slices / 1 lemon
4. Chicken stock / 1.5 cubes
5. Sesame oil 2 tablespoon??
6. Sugar – 4.5 tablespoon
7. Corn starch 2 tablespoon
Simplified into 2 simple steps
First is the sauce.
- Mix ingredient and heat it in saucepan
Second is to dip the chicken with stirred egg then coat with flour
- Fried chicken breast
Result - Very appetizing . Must try, not very difficult.
